The horrors of war, which represent the concept of the entire work, are analyzed here through the theme of wars waged in the name of a God, by men who commit obscene crimes by invoking a faith that is only apparent.
Like it happens in the previous single “Dogma Of War”, their relentless, neck-breaking Thrash Metal pays homage to the genre’s golden age Gods such as Slayer, Megadeth, Kreator, Exodus and Testament as well as some of the melody and progressive tendencies of Metal Church and Death Angel.
XENOS A.D. is a mandatory listening for fans of Thrash Metal who can rejoice in yet another band proudly flying their Metal flag.
