Dopo il primo singolo “Shame”, gli Aletheya tornano con “Chasing The Sun”, secondo singolo estratto dall’album d’esordio Chance To Reborn, in uscita il prossimo 18 settembre 2026 per Rockshots Records.
Accompagnato da un videoclip ufficiale prodotto da Kinorama Studio, il brano rappresenta quella che la band definisce la propria idea di power metal: velocità, potenza e melodia.
Se “Shame” mostrava il volto più introspettivo del disco, “Chasing The Sun” ne mette in evidenza l’anima più luminosa e immediata. Ritmiche serrate, melodie coinvolgenti, riff potenti, arrangiamenti orchestrali e una forte componente melodica danno vita a un brano che sintetizza perfettamente la visione musicale degli Aletheya, capace di fondere la tradizione del power metal europeo con un approccio contemporaneo.
Dal punto di vista lirico, “Chasing The Sun” parla di resilienza, determinazione e della costante ricerca della speranza anche nei momenti più difficili. Aletheya is an Italian melodic power metal band formed by experienced musicians united by a shared artistic vision rooted in the legacy of classic heavy and power metal while embracing a contemporary and emotionally driven songwriting approach. Although “Chance To Reborn” represents the band’s debut full-length album, Aletheya brings together years of experience gained across the Italian and international metal scene.
The line-up features David Folchitto (Stormlord, Kaledon, Embryo, Fleshgod Apocalypse) on drums, Francesco Menale (Risen Crow) on guitars and Gianni Carcione (A.T.T., Concept) on vocals, Fabrizio Sclano (Ivory Moon) on bass combining technical expertise, compositional depth and a strong artistic identity shaped through decades of musical activity.
Aletheya’s sound blends soaring melodies, powerful rhythmic structures, dynamic vocals and refined guitar work, balancing the grandeur of traditional European power metal with symphonic textures, neoclassical influences and progressive sensibilities. Deeply inspired by the German power metal tradition of the ’80s and ’90s, the band also draws from Scandinavian melodic metal, progressive metal and, at times, darker tonal shades connected to classic death metal influences.
