Game Over

new album “When Darkness Falls” out September 18

“Break Away” video out now

Game Over has released a video for “Break Away”, first single taken from the new album “When Darkness Falls” to be released on September 18 by Scarlet Records.

A furious thrash assault aimed at warmongers, corrupt politicians, and anyone trying to sell obedience as virtue. Packed with razor-sharp riffs, punk attitude, and relentless energy, the track is a call to question authority, reject propaganda, and think for yourself. In a world where those in power openly profit from fear, division, and war, and where greed exposes the evil lurking beneath the surface, this song refuses to bow down and turns anger into pure rebellion.

Game Over took no prisoners with 2025’s “Face The End”, and just a year later their hunger for frantic wild no-mercy thrash metal is even more ferocious.

“When Darkness Falls” pushes the pedal to the metal on heaviness, without ever sacrificing their signature sound – crushing razor-sharp riffs, hardcore attitude, and anthemic choruses designed to be shouted at the top of your lungs.

The world of Game Over continues to evolve, giving form to a landscape populated by the demons and monsters that lurk in our daily lives, drawing heavily from 80s horror cinema aesthetics mixed with a biting sense of humor.

This is thrash metal the Game Over way: don’t stop for nothing, it’s full speed or nothing!
