Dopo aver vinto il prestigioso riconoscimento Band of the Year 2023 dal pluripremiato radio show inglese Great Music Stories, la band Alternative Metal italiana VIOLET BLEND annuncia una serie di esibizioni dal vivo in tutto il Regno Unito e Italia con il UK CALLING Tour. La band ha annunciato dieci esibizioni in club e festival a partire dal 6 fino al 30 giugno 2024. Tra le esibizioni del UK CALLING Tour spiccano i Festival estivi in Inghilterra e Scozia, The Loverocks Festival e Wildfire Festival ed in Italia, il BOnsai Festival in supporto al fenomeno metalcore giapponese HanaBie.. La band si esibirà inoltre a The Dublin Castle, leggendario music venue a Camden Town, Londra, che ha ospitato le performance di Amy Winehouse, The Libertines, Arctic Monkeys e molti altri, ed allo storico e prestigioso Cart & Horses, Londra, birthplace degli Iron Maiden. Nell’autunno 2023, i Violet Blend hanno pubblicato un live album full-length intitolato Live and True. L’album contiene diciassette brani che ripercorrono e abbracciano l’intera storia musicale della band. L’album è stato registrato al Viper Theater di Firenze, ed è stato registrato, mixato e masterizzato da Andrea Dell’Olio e Furio Lanciano di Soundscape Studio.
