È online “Atlas”, il nuovo singolo delle Hellfox: secondo estratto dall’album in arrivo, accompagnato dal relativo videoclip ufficiale.
Dopo il primo singolo “Seaweed Braids” le Hellfox, band tutta al femminile dedita al death metal melodico, proseguono il percorso verso il loro nuovo album con “Atlas”, secondo singolo tratto da “The Spectrum Of Human Gravity” in uscita per Rockshots Records.
In “Atlas”, la band affronta il tema del peso interiore che ciascuno di noi si porta dentro: non solo quello legato alle fragilità personali ma anche quello imposto dalle pressioni esterne e dalle aspettative sociali che agiscono in silenzio. La canzone si trasforma in un respiro profondo, un momento di sospensione in cui riconoscere i propri limiti può diventare un atto di liberazione.
Come sempre, le Hellfox costruiscono il loro linguaggio sonoro su contrasti forti: voci femminili che si alternano tra melodia e growl, riff incisivi, synth distorti e atmosfere cariche di tensione emotiva. Il risultato è un sound contemporaneo e viscerale che affonda le radici nel melodic death metal nordico e guarda oltre le definizioni di genere.
Con influenze che spaziano da Amorphis, In Flames e Dark Tranquillity, la band si distingue per un’identità forte, libera da cliché e in costante evoluzione.
“The Spectrum Of Human Gravity” è un concept album che affronta con delicatezza e profondità le molteplici sfumature dell’esperienza umana: dalla solitudine al senso di inadeguatezza, dall’ansia alla voglia di riscatto. Ogni brano rappresenta un frammento emotivo, una voce interiore che prende forma tra allegorie, immagini evocative e arrangiamenti potenti.
Con “Atlas”, le Hellfox aggiungono un nuovo tassello a un disco che promette di lasciare il segno per la sua capacità di mettere a nudo le emozioni senza mai rinunciare alla forza.

Per l’occasione le Hellfox hanno girato un video intenso, dal forte impatto emotivo e visivo che riflette perfettamente la profondità psicologica del brano. Le immagini cupe e cinematiche raccontano il senso di immobilità e oppressione in un contesto dove il peso emotivo diventa protagonista.
“Con questo video volevamo rappresentare quel momento in cui tutto sembra schiacciarti — eppure qualcosa dentro di te cerca una via per liberarsi”, racconta la band.
Il videoclip rafforza il messaggio centrale delle Hellfox: accettare la propria vulnerabilità senza timore e riconoscere la forza che può nascere dal lasciarsi andare.

ABOUT:
HELLFOX is an ALL FEMALE alternative metal (alt-metal) band with melodic death tendencies. Despite the four completely different musical backgrounds, we share a common inspiration to Amorphis, In Flames, Dark Tranquillity as far as composition is concerned, while for the choice of sounds it was our intention to move away from the Symphonic, recognizably feminine scenario to include acid and distorted synths so that we could create modern atmospheres that more closely met our tastes and better married the pop timbre of the melodic vocals. The dualism of HELLFOX is not meant to be understood on a conflicting level, it is instead the result of different voices within the human soul, different faces if you will, that mingle and generate the person itself, in its entirety, that although they seem to struggle, they coexist and create harmony and balance. We don’t use masks to conform to a mass, nor do we want to stand out at all costs, we just want to be ourselves in a society where normality is only a surface, the abyss instead is made up of so many facets of personality, both for the group and especially for the individual human being. Ours is a message within everyone’s reach, in which one can recognize oneself: that little voice in the head that either draws you in or drives you away… Because for us nothing is normal, nothing is different.
